General Bonus Terms and Conditions

• Elf-bet may from time to time award bonus funds or bonus spins to players.
• All customer offers are limited to one per person, household, email, phone number, payment account, IP address and shared device.
• Multiple accounts are prohibited; creating more than one account to claim bonuses is deemed bonus abuse.
• Suspected bonus abuse may lead to bonus forfeiture and account closure.
• A bonus is automatically cancelled when the active balance reaches 0.09 EUR (or currency equivalent).
• Players winning an amount deemed worthy of publicity agree to reasonable promotional activities using first name and initial only.
• We may refuse or confiscate bonuses and winnings obtained through unfair advantage, including exploiting software faults or bots.
• All anti-fraud flags are treated as bonus abuse.
• The English version of these rules prevails over any translation.

Changes and Availability

• We may amend these bonus terms at any time; changes are posted on the website.
• Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
• Promotions may end early due to security or abuse concerns.
• We may void bonuses and winnings obtained by fraudulent behaviour.

Bonus Funds

• Bonus funds are part of your balance subject to the restrictions below.
• You must meet wagering requirements to convert bonus funds to cash.
• Deposit bonuses are “sticky” and subject to wagering at the company’s discretion.
• Unwithdrawn bonus winnings expire 45 days after the first withdrawal request.
• Manual bonuses can be granted only if the original deposit remains untouched.
• Maximum winnings from a bonus are capped at 10× the bonus amount.

Wagering Requirements

• Default wagering requirement is 35× the bonus unless stated otherwise.
• Maximum spin value during wagering is 5 EUR or currency equivalent.
• The bonus must be wagered within 7 days of activation.
• Game contribution: slots 100 %; all other games 0 %.
• Risk-free wagering tactics may lead to removal of bonus and winnings.
• Delaying game rounds or free spins until after wagering is completed is prohibited.
• Bonus funds and winnings are forfeited upon expiry.
• Only one bonus may be active per player at any given time.

• Bonus and spins wagered 35×; valid for 7 days.
• Winnings limited to 10× bonus amount.

No Deposit Bonuses

• Maximum winnings from tournament rewards, cashbacks, free chips and free cash bonuses are 2× the bonus amount.
• Absolute maximum winnings from non-deposit bonuses are limited to 50 EUR.
